DIY Natural Sleep Salve

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fill the sauce pan halfway full with water and bring to a boil or use a double boiler.
  2. Place a heat-resistant container onto the stove top and add beeswax and shea butter.
  3. Allow mixture to come to a boil and melt completely.
  4. Once completely melted remove from heat.
  5. Carefully stir until the mixture has cooled.
  6. Add lavender essential oil.
  7. Stir until all ingredients are blended.
  8. Pour the mixture into heat heat-resistant container.
  9. Allow to cool before use.
  10. Label and store away from kids or pets.

To Use

Apply to chest, neck, and wrists an hour before bedtime to naturally induce calm and sleep.
