DIY Tropical Moisturizer
DIY Tropical Moisturizer Ingredients
- 15 Teaspoons of Cocoa Butter
- 10 Teaspoons of Shea Butter
- 6 teaspoons of Vitamin E oil
- 2 teaspoons of beeswax pellets
- 10 Drops of Lime Essential Oil
- 5 Drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
- 1 Empty Heat Resistant Container (Such as a Mason Jar)
- 1 Sauce Pan
- 1 Empty Lotion Container
Instructions
- Fill the sauce pan halfway full with water and bring it to a boil or use a double boiler.
- Melt beeswax, cocoa butter, and shea butter.
- Allow the mixture to melt completely.
- Remove mixture from heat once they have melted and stir.
- Carefully add in Vitamin E oil and stir.
- Allow mixture to cool.
- Add lime and bergamot essential oils.
- Stir until all ingredients are blended.
- Pour the mixture into heat heat-resistant container.
- Allow to cool before use.
- Label and store away from kids or pets.
How to use
Apply to skin for a tropical scent that moisturizes even the driest of skin!
